Jubilation as the Jattoh Dynasty host her maiden re-union Thanksgiving

The Children their spouses and grand children of the late Henry Oboalufo Jatto and Late Mrs Grace Emua Jatto of Isua in Arua, in Esan North East Local Government Area of  Edo State yesterday converge in Benin City the State capital for the maiden edition of her family Thanksgiving and reunion ceremony.

The event which held at the residence of the Eldest son Pastor Julius Jatto  had in attendance the 8 children of the Late Henry and Grace Jatto their spouses and 16 grand children who attend from different part of the country.

The event was declared open by the family spoke person Pastor Blessed Omoegbe Jattoh (I) the General Superintendent of Kadosh Christian Center Inc , who welcome his siblings and their children to the event and charge the grand children to use the occasion to familiarize and get to know each other as many of them were seeing for the first time.

The host, Pastor Julius Jatto, harped on the end to sustain the unity in the family and urge all to ensure the pains of one becomes the pain of all.

While reminiscing on the life and times of Grace Emua Jatto and Henry Oboalufo Jatto, Pastor Kingsley Jattoh and Pastor Blessed Omoegbe Jattoh appreciated God for the fact that their parents found christ before their demise and also express joy on how large their offspring have grown now numbering 36 and still counting.

Mrs Angel Ijinagha,  and Mr Lucky Jatto also eulogies their late parents and wished they were alive to witness how their children has turned out.

A brief charge was conducted by pastor Kingsley Jattoh of the Living faith Church Asaba, who charge all present to ensure hidden grudge and unforgiveness has no place in the family.


The high point of the event was when Pastor Blessed Omoegbe Jattoh moved a motion for the gathering to be adopted as an annual event. The motion was seconded by Mr Jacob Jatto. After which there was a unanimous voice vote adopting the event as an annual event to be observed as a family Thanksgiving and reunion.

The event featured video interview, family meal, special charge, a worship session and a special prayer and photo shoot.
